Smiths Homes provides good quality student houses to let to groups of 3, 4, 5 or 6 students in Selly Oak. All of our homes are close enough to The University of Birmingham to walk within 10 - 20 minutes. Trains to town or to Birmingham City University
are within a 10 minute walk at the Heeley rd station.

Gardener services are free for all our houses, so forget about mowing!

Our houses are for groups so If you are just looking for a room in a house in Selly Oak we recommend spareroom.

Park opposite 4 of our selly oak student houses to let within 15/20 min walk of Birmingham university

Four of our seven houses are in Warwards Lane opposite a park. An ideal place to live. There is plenty of parking here and its on the 76 bus route (timetable) from the QE to Solihull. It is also close to Raddlebarn Rd shops and the Countrygirl Pub. You can walk to uni in 15-20 mins or 10 mins to buses and trains to town (trainline.com). Our closest houses to the station are in Hubert and Tiverton Rd. At the bottom of Warwards Lane there is a Fitness First Gym. In Tiverton Rd there is swimming pool. There are plenty shops in Raddlebarn Rd and the nearest large supermarket is the Co-op on the Pershore Rd.
