OUR GARDENER now keeps back and fronts tidy , forget about mowing! Our 7 Selly Oak Student Homes are usually quickly signed up for yearly leases to start July 1st. We let to groups of 4, 5 or 6 students and begin viewings in November. All houses but one have been let for July 2009 by 14th Jan 2009, so please contact us early for next years viewings. BILLS are NOT included in our rent. You should budget around £5-£8 per person per week.

We have several properties at the top of Warwards Lane which is a pleasant 15 min walk from B'ham Uni (its about 1200 yds). As these properties are opposite a park they have lovely views in a nice area and more parking than nearer the Uni. Theres a bus (no 69). Other properties are in Tiverton and Hubert Rd in the heart of student-land.
Our properties have been or are being refurbished to a high standard with new kitchens and bathrooms and fire safety features. Desks and shelves are provided in each bedroom to make studying organised and comfortable. A gardener is employed to keep front and rear gardens neat and tidy. Internal viewing on our properties is a must, you will not be disappointed!
Our property managers Rex Long (0121 427 6337) have offices at 29 Raddlebarn Rd in the heart of the student rental area and you can pop into their office with any questions.

UNIVERSITY ACCREDITATION CEREMONY... us meeting the Mayor and here are our names on the uni accreditation list (Gay and Graham Smith) We are University and Homestamp Accredited Landlords and most of our properties are licenced HMOs and inspected regularly by our agents. Our agents have an office nearby and deal with all routine matters, holding of deposits and signing of leases.
